The Tax Installment Payment Program (TIPPs) is an optional plan is available to pay taxes by automatic monthly debit from your bank account. As a TIPP participant, you are not required to make an annual tax payment. Your taxes can be paid in monthly installments on the 15th of each month and adjusted automatically on an annual basis to reflect any tax changes for the current year.
