Host an Event in Chestermere
COVID-19 Note: Events and festivals on City property or City controlled requiring City permits, must meet current provincial and City requirements, which are subject to change.
Following the province's current health measures the City will not be issuing any special events and festival permits at this time.
We anticipate special events and festival permit approvals for 2021 to coincide with the province's opening of Step 4 of the path forward. Simple event park booking permits will be approved, under current provincial guidelines for outdoor gatherings. These permits may be revoked or terms amended at any time by the CAO or Director of Emergency Management, and without impunity.
The City of Chestermere is dedicated and passionate about special events and festivals, and we are happy to support Organizers in their pursuit to host a safe, successful and Amazing event!
Special event permits are required for those hosting events on public or city property such as roads, greenspaces, parks, facilities and Chestermere lake.
