The Community Access Program (CAP) provides residents with access to resources around the community (including Chestermere, Langdon, and SE Rocky View). These resources help provide low-income families with the opportunity to participate in various activities, programs, and services in the area such as:
Camp Chestermere - Subsidy discount for Summer camps
Calgary Yacht Club - Subsidy on Summer camps
Chestermere Library - Free library card and free up to 10 copies
Chestermere Recreation Community Association - Discounted cost on family, child, senior, and individual memberships
Harmony Health and Fitness - Discount on classes
Kids Up Front - Discounts and free tickets to events and programs
Community Volunteer Income Tax Program - Free income tax returns
Synergy - Discount on Youth retreats and Dabble program, willing to negotiate if a family/youth is unable to pay
TELUS Spark Centre - Passes free tickets (maximum 6)
Transportation Subsidy - Discount is dependent of your income
Whitecappers - Free membership for older adults
