Development Process Changes & Fee Schedule Updates For March 1, 2023

On January 17, 2023, City of Chestermere Council approved a new fee schedule, which will take effect March 1, 2023. The majority of fees impacted by this update are correlated to economic changes, and an increase in the level of service provided to the development community. All applications received before March 1, 2023 will follow the current fee schedule, last revised February, 2021. To view these updates, please click on the 'New Fee Schedule' link.
