Chestermere Regional Food Bank
The Chestermere Regional Food Bank provides food hampers to individuals and families in Chestermere and Area.

Step 1: Contact the Family & Community Resource Centre (FCRC)
- There are several ways to get in touch with us:
- Visit: We are located at Chestermere City Hall, 105 Marina Road.
- Call us: (403) 207-7079, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Closed from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

- Be prepared: The FCRC team will ask some personal questions like contact information, household members, income, basic expenses, and ID (driver's license, health card, passport, birth certificate, PR Card or Immigration paperwork) during intake.
- The FCRC determines need based on income and current situation.
- Exploration: We work with you to generate options of resources that might be helpful in your situation like, budgeting, subsidies, and referrals to local agencies.
Step 2: Book a Hamper Appointment
- By appointment only.
- Hamper pick-ups are scheduled for the next working day by a FCRC staff person.

- Location: Chestermere Regional Food Bank, 105 100 Rainbow Road, Chestermere.
- Emergency hampers are available on Fridays, after 12:00 pm. If you are experiencing a crisis and in need of an emergency food hamper, call the FCRC at (403) 207-7079.
Step 3: Hamper Pick-Up
- The FCRC staff person will confirm your pick-up appointment with you.
- Location: Chestermere Regional Food Bank, 105 100 Rainbow Road, Chestermere.
- When you come to pick-up your hamper, remember to bring one piece of ID for each member of the household.
Interested in Donating?
If you would like to make a donation of non-perishable food or hygiene products, drop your donation into a Feed the Need donation bin at any of the following locations: Chestermere City Hall, Chestermere Regional Recreation Centre, Eric's No Frills, Safeway, and local schools.

Excess Food Program - Chestermere Regional Food Bank
Every Wednesday, from 2 pm - 7 pm, individuals and families can drop in at the food bank (105, 100 Rainbow Road) to top up on any breads, canned, or other extra foods available at the food bank.
Chestermere and Area Christmas Hamper
Each year, the FCRC partners with the Chestermere Regional Food Bank to ensure individuals and families are able to celebrate the holidays with dignity. We work with additional dedicated groups to fill these hampers with items like gifts for children, family memberships to the library, quilts handcrafted by local residents, and etc. To inquire about hampers during the holidays, call (403) 207-7079 to speak with the Community Resource Specialist.
South East Rocky View Food Bank
The SE Rocky View Food Bank provides hampers to individuals and families in Indus, Langdon, and surrounding rural areas.

Meals on Wheels - Chestermere
The Chestermere Regional Food Bank will deliver nutritious and affordable meals to your door providing you with meals for up to seven days a week. All meals are heart-healthy and diabetic-friendly. A minimum of five meals per order is required.
Each meal costs $5.50 and must be paid by cash or cheque at the time of delivery.

Meals on Wheels - Langdon
Through a local partnership between Langdon OK Club, Mountain View Credit Union, Langdon Community Church, and FCSS SE Rocky View, the Meals on Wheels program is available to residents in the area.
