Chestermere’s City Council is considering adjusting the times when Public Hearings are held.
Click this link to take the 3 minute survey and tell us what you think!
Public Hearings are formal opportunities for City Council to hear from anyone who may be impacted by a proposed bylaw or resolution. They are typically held on Council meeting days (Tuesday).
They are required to be held prior to major municipal changes (e.g. land use regulations, control of a corporation, sale of municipal reserve land, etc.) and are usually held after first reading of a bylaw has been passed.
The survey will be open from January 20 – February 3. Following the survey, results will then be posted on the City’s engagement page at www.chestermere.ca/engage.
