An appeal by the applicant/landowner against the Development Officer’s decision to refuse an application for Discretionary Use – Secondary Suite within an Accessory Building.

Any persons wishing to present a written submission to the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Secretary of the Board through cjackson@chestermere.ca before 4:00 p.m. April 27^th, 202. The Board will not review submissions prior to the hearing.
