Locational Context:

This bylaw proposes a major amendment to the Waterford Estates SW (Stage 2) Outline Plan. The proposed new Outline Plan is intended to assist Pollyco Developments with development of Residential Single Detached (R-1) lots ahead of other housing types within the 64-hectare plan area. As well, the changes improve intersection safety around a future elementary school site and a future mixed-use commercial village at the corner of Range Road 284 and Township Road 240.
