The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:

  1. DP# 22-53835     157 Dawson Drive - Lot 15, Block 5, Plan 191 2378 A variance for increasing lot coverage for detached garage.
  2. DP# 22-3754       168 Cove Crescent - Lot 51, Block 6, Plan 001 0496 A variance of 0.54m for existing air conditioning unit located on the north side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
  3. DP# 22-53827     173 Dawson Drive – Lot 19, Block 5, Plan 191 2378 
    1. A variance of 0.06m for an existing detached garage (6.71m x 6.10m) located on the west side of the property encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 1.5m. 
    2. A variance of 0.09m for an existing detached garage (6.71m x 6.10m) located on the west side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m.
  4. DP# 22-53821      185 Dawson Drive – Lot 22, Block 5, Plan 191 2378 A variance of 0.21m for an existing detached garage (7.31m x 6.10m) located on the west side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m.
  5. DP# 22-53455      147 Kinniburgh Place – Lot 38, Block 10, Plan 181 2008 Home Business (Major) – DREAM BEAUTY SALON (Personal Service – Beauty Salon)
  6. DP# 22-53585      115 Chelsea Road – Lot 16, Block 2, Plan 201 0045 A variance of 0.39m for an existing air conditioning unit located on the north side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m
  7. DP# 22-53836      148 Dawson Drive – Lot 13, Block 4, Plan 191 2378 Variance for increasing lot coverage for detached garage
  8. DP# 22-12112      112 Seagreen Lane – Lot 11, Block 14, Plan 061 4738 Home Business (Major-renewal) – HONEY DROP SKIN CARE INC. (Personal Service – Aesthetics, Skin Care)

Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
