The following development application for 141 Dawson Way (Lot 1, Block 18, Plan 2210062) is conditionally approved.

63 3-storey townhouse units (12 Buildings) centered around a small shared common amenity space as per the attached plans (Attachment A) and are approved with the following minor variances: 

  1. Front Yard Setbacks; 
  2. Parking; 
  3. Minimum Landscaping Coverage;
  4. 4. Maximum Height; as indicated on the conditionally approved drawings (Schedule A).
