The City of Chestermere has entered into a draft agreement to sell 0.0749 ha of land to an adjacent landowner.
The City of Chestermere is providing notice of a proposed land sale of .0749 ha identified as Lot 23, Block 4, Plan 1013160, and outlined in green in Figure 1 below, to the owners of 344 West Chestermere Drive.
As a condition of the sale, the 0.749 ha parcel is required to be consolidated with 344 West Chestermere Drive so that the property cannot be sold again as a standalone 0.749 ha parcel.
