Statement From Mayor Jeff Colvin On the Passing of Queen Elizabeth II

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. On behalf of the City of Chestermere, I extend our deepest sympathies to the Royal Family as they mourn the passing of the steadfast and resolute matriarch of the Royal Family.

During her 70 years of unprecedented reign, Queen Elizabeth II led with unwavering grace and made an immeasurable impact as Canada’s Sovereign.
