Take notice that a Subdivision & Development Appeal Board Hearing will be held on WEDNESDAY, March 22nd, 2023 AT 6:30 P.M. IN CITY OF CHESTERMERE COUNCIL CHAMBERS to hear the following Appeals:

An appeal by an adjacent neighbour against the Development Officer’s decision to approve an application for Discretionary Use – Secondary Suite.
352 West Chestermere Drive
Lot 79, Block 4, Plan 101 3762
An appeal by an adjacent neighbour against the Development Officer’s decision to approve a variance for a Front Yard Fence Height (2.0m maximum height).
Any persons wishing to present a written submission to the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Secretary of the Board through firstname.lastname@example.org before 4:00 p.m. March 22nd, 2023. The Board will not review submissions prior to the hearing.
Under the Municipal Government Act Section 686 (4), interested parties may view the Appeal file at the City Office during regular office hours. Further information regarding the Appeal will only be provided upon request.
