[ARCHIVED] New Online tool to attract site selectors and support local business

New Webpage

Chestermere’s Economic Development department has implemented a new online tool to facilitate simplification of navigation, information gathering and for potential site selectors.

Targeting new entrepreneurs and new investment, the self-navigated interactive tool provides up-to-date- local market intelligence and industry knowledge. Users are able to source information on Chestermere’s business climate, industry trends, demographics and competition.

For local business owners the tool can help source additional markets, attract more customers, identify market gaps and determine potential areas of growth. Users can generate customized reports, analyze the data and confidently make decisions without having to search multiple websites.

“We took a hard look at our user experience and identified that we needed to refine our content without sacrificing information,” said the City’s Economic Development Officer Tawndra Calhoun. “Our goal was to make our data accessible quickly and easily and this tool does just that.”
