New Utility Account Application

  1. Just moved to Chestermere or relocated within the City? Sign up for your water, wastewater, stormwater, and curbside collection account here!

    Please note:

    - A customer account application/administration fee will be applied to the first utility bill.

    - A $300.00 security deposit is charged on each residential account. If you sign up for pre-authorized payments AND e-billing, the deposit can be waived.

    - If you move to another address within Chestermere the account number will change and your payment information will need to change.

    For a new home build, you will be contacted by the City to arrange for your black, green and blue (garbage, compost and recycling) bin delivery. For an existing home, these bins should have been left by the previous homeowner.
