Description:

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services to develop and implement an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) based on Microsoft SharePoint. The successful Proponent will define the City’s information architecture, make recommendations to the City’s IT department for the installation and configuration of SharePoint with a records management (RM) add-in. The City’s IT department will obtain necessary licensing, maintenance, and support. The selected proponent will also facilitate training sessions for City Administration on the new records management platform.
