This program offers an opportunity for anyone to honour a veteran with a special banner that will be placed in a Chestermere park. It is open to honouring those who served in regular forces, peacekeepers and reservists (past and present).
Please note that the cost to have each banner created is $170.00.

Please include a photo of the service member that is to appear on the banner, preferably their official service photo. If you would prefer, you can submit a physical photo with the application form. Physical photos will be returned to the applicant after the deadline date.
Please indicate which branch you would like listed (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.)
Please indicate service details including war(s), tour(s), battalion, etc.
Please indicate who should be listed as the honouring family. If you prefer no one to be listed, please leave this section blank.

Please submit and print your form and mail/drop off with cheque payment to the City of Chestermere Municipal Office at: 105 Marina Road Chestermere, AB T1X 1V7 There is a letter-drop box located at the south entrance of the municipal building.
Credit Card payments can be taken over the phone, please submit your form using the 'submit' button below and call (403) 207-7050 as soon as possible - you will be asked to provide your card details.
Otherwise, please print your form and bring it with you to the Chestermere Municipal Office (105 Marina Road) to pay by debit or credit card. Please note, we do not accept visa-debit cards. NOTE: CITY HALL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Once payment has been made, a member of the Streetscape Committee will follow up with any information about the program as required.
